Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a popular Indian actress who is best famous for her role in Beta Saajan, Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Beta Saajan. The actress was initially famous for her 1980s role in Tezaab where she co-starred with the veteran actor Anil Koopor. The next time she appeared on the screen was in Dil along with Aamir. Born into the Mumbai middle class family and began dancing in her early years. She ventured into acting as a youngster and struggled for a few years as the majority of her first films failed. Eventually, she found success in Indian filmmaking and rose to the top. Following her wedding was over, she took a few months off from acting before returning. In recent years, Dixit had a major role to play in Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggle of Indian women. Dixit was nominated for 15 Filmfare Awards, out of which she was awarded eight. Padma Shri - the fourth most prestigious civilian award of India - was given to Dixit. Her name is well-known for her social works as well.
